Industrial Moon
Pax’s Blackout Pulse rescue grid sits below an industrial orbital work zone.
Working lore expansion
The relay grid and cargo tender are two sides of the same industrial place: machinery needs power, but people need a way home. New workshop contracts could follow Pax’s operations skill without changing the rescue outcome or granting an automatic crew bonus.

Repair and service
Post-reunion tender: fuel, hull, shields, ammunition and flares at a safe checkpoint with no active mission.
Tender service is gated by reunion and safe local state.
